Finding the right fit

Most services can be done for men, women and teens. If you are unsure of what service it best for you, our concierges will be happy to discuss our treatment options more in depth with you to find the right fit. Should you need any additional information, you may wish to schedule a complimentary consultation.

During your visit with us, we suggest wearing comfortable clothing. Depending on the service, you may receive a robe and slippers.

We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or change in your health status prior to any treatments to ensure the utmost care.

Reservation Policy

We require all guests to provide a credit card on their account to reserve all current and future appointments. We will not charge your credit card on file unless there is a late cancellation or no show. By providing your credit card you are agreeing to the terms of this policy. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who do not honor their appointments or the 24-hour cancellation policy will be charged 50% of the service that has been cancelled.


Our prices to not include gratuities. Industry standard for gratuities is 15-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift cards or certificates can be purchased by phone, in-spa or through our website. We would be delighted to mail a gift card and a personalized note to any recipient on your behalf. Gift cards can be used for any service or product in the spa. They have a one year expiration and are non-refundable but are transferrable.
